## Uptime Requirements

As a Master Node License owner, you play a crucial role in the operation of the PLAYA3ULL GAMES ecosystem. The following are some important considerations and requirements regarding uptime for your Master Node:

1. **Node Activation**:\
   You will be required to download and activate the Node Software on a single computer. The power of the computer isn't a primary concern at this stage.
2. **Multiple Master Nodes**:\
   If you own more than one Master Node License, you can activate the Node Software on a single computer. Despite the number of Master Nodes being activated from a single machine, you will still receive rewards for each Master Node License associated with your Wallet.
3. **Uptime Requirement**:\
   A minimum uptime of 8 hours per day is estimated for each Master Node. Maintaining this uptime is essential as it ensures the smooth functioning of the network.
4. <mark style="color:red;">**Impact of Downtime**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark>\
   Failure to meet the uptime requirement could result in forfeiture of your node/s rewards. These would then be redistributed to other node owners who are maintaining the necessary uptime.

It's essential to meet these requirements to ensure the efficient operation of the Master Node Network and to continue receiving the rewards associated with your Master Node Licenses.

## Prerequisites

* Docker Engine ≥ 24.0
* Master Node License Key (only necessary if running headless)

## 1. Pull latest image

Pull the latest Docker image by running the following in your terminal:

```bash
docker pull ghcr.io/playa3ull/node
```

## 2. Run image

Now that you have pulled the latest Docker image, run the image by:

```bash
docker run ghcr.io/playa3ull/node
```

You will be prompted to login by authenticating your account via the dApp, which upon signing will automatically login the Master Node CLI to your account.

Once authenticated, you will be logged in and connected to the network!

Keep the software logged in and running in order to be eligible for rewards.

### 2.1 Optional Arguments

If you are running the Mater Node CLI on a machine/environment with interactivity, you can include the `-it` flag to interact with the built-in menu features.

```bash
docker run -it ghcr.io/playa3ull/node
```

### 2.2 Headless

In headless environments, you can authenticate with your Master Node by using it's associated license key, available via the [Account page on the dApp](https://app.playa3ull.games/account).

#### Passing as argument flag

The Master Node CLI can be ran with an optional license key argument flag to authenticate the service with the linked Master Node as:

```bash
docker run ghcr.io/playa3ull/node --license=your-license-key
```

#### Passing as environment variable

You can pass the license key through to the Master Node CLI via an environment variable when running the application:

```bash
docker run -e LICENSE_KEY=your-license-key ghcr.io/playa3ull/node
```

## Interface Flicker

Whilst running the Master Node CLI, you may notice flickering occurring. This is due to how the CLI interface is updated to show your uptime, new activity logs, etc.

This is something we will continue to improve, and aim to have completely fixed by the full release of the software.

In the interim, you can customize the refresh rate of the CLI via the `TERMINAL_REFRESH_RATE` environment variable, which dictates the refresh rate of the CLI in milliseconds.

```bash
docker run -e TERMINAL_REFRESH_RATE=30000 ghcr.io/playa3ull/node
```

The above command will refresh the terminal every 30 seconds.

## Troubleshooting Logs

# Frequently Asked Questions

{% hint style="info" %}
Before opening a ticket to report an issue, please make sure that you have the relevant log file(s) related to your issue.

You can find these logs at `tmp/PLAYA3ULL GAMES`, and under the relevant app directory.
{% endhint %}

## Where do I upload my bug reports/feedback?

You can submit any feedback including issue reports via our feedback form [here](https://forms.clickup.com/9016388094/f/8cppafy-18116/5AQBB07ZAK8FSYFDPB).

## How long do I need to run my node for?

The minimum uptime requirements for running your node is 8 hours per day, with a day starting at 00:00 UTC and finishing at 23:59 UTC on the same calendar day. It's important to note that if you start your node at 20:00 UTC, and stop it at 04:00 UTC the following calendar day, it will not count as 8 hours of uptime for that time period, instead it will count as 4 hours for each individual calendar day.

We recommend running your node as long as possible to ensure you are always connected to the network, and gaining uptime.

## My device is warning me about the app being unrecognized

The Master Node Software is currently in a beta form, and as such is missing a signed certificate. Due to this, you may receive a popup on your device regarding this, and you can safely ignore this warning and continue anyway.

## My Master Node uptime suddenly reset before midnight?

Uptime calculations are based entirely on UTC timezones. This means that you must have a total uptime of 8 hours, residing between 00:00 UTC and 23:59 UTC on the same day.

## How many instances of the software do I need to run?

Whilst the Master Node Software is in it's beta form, you will only need to run a single instance of the application, regardless of the number of nodes you own in a single wallet.

If you own multiple nodes across multiple wallets, you will need to run multiple instances of the Master Node Software for each wallet with nodes in it. For example:

* **Scenario A**: I own 2 nodes in wallet A
  * You only need to run a single instance of the Master Node Software
* **Scenario B**: I own 3 nodes, 1 in wallet A, 2 in wallet B
  * You need to run two separate instances of the Master Node Software, authenticating one with wallet A, and the other with wallet B

## I am on Mac, how can I run the Master Node Software?

{% hint style="info" %}
The GUI application is only compatible with Windows at the current time. If you are running an operating system that is not Windows, please follow the [Docker: Installing & Running](/master-nodes/run-a-node/docker-installing-and-running) guide instead.
{% endhint %}

Currently, the GUI application of the Master Node Software only supports Windows as the operating system. We will release an executable application that Mac supports in the future, however for now please follow the [Docker: Installing & Running](/master-nodes/run-a-node/docker-installing-and-running) guide to run your node on a non-Windows operating system.

## My Master Node CLI is flickering!

This is a known issue at this time, and something we aim to have resolved for the full release of the software. In the meantime, you can checkout [Docker: Installing & Running](/master-nodes/run-a-node/docker-installing-and-running#interface-flicker) for more information.

## Do I still earn rewards if I don't run the software?

Whilst the Master Node Software is in it's beta form, you will still earn rewards regardless of how long you run the software. However, this is an opportunity for you to start getting used to running the software, as reward disqualification will occur after approximately 30 days once the beta has released.

## What does the software do?

Running the Master Node Software connects you to the Master Node Network, alongside all other users running the software. This network provides a vehicle for storing NFT metadata, game statistics and related data, and also performing non-critical computations.

The Master Node Network will be made publicly available for interacting with at some point in the future.

## What happens to the rewards from disqualified nodes?

Rewards that would have been earned by nodes that have been disqualified due to not meeting the network uptime requirements are distributed into the reward pool for all other nodes.

This means that if 10% of nodes do not meet the uptime requirement threshold, the rewards that those nodes would have earned are distributed amongst the 90% of nodes that did meet the uptime requirement threshold.

# Ecosystem

PLAYA3ULL GAMES' ecosystem is a technologically advanced framework designed to support decentralized gaming experiences. At the core of this system is the Avalanche L1, which underpins the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Blockchain. It provides essential attributes such as secure operations, infinite scalability, and fast transactions, making it ideal for gaming applications.

Complementing this is the Master Node Network, responsible for powering decentralized blockchain indexing, blockchain querying, and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) storage. This component facilitates a seamless and efficient interaction with the blockchain and the storage of various data.

Overall, the PLAYA3ULL GAMES ecosystem is a robust and advanced network designed to support the unique requirements of decentralized gaming, combining high-speed transactions, secure operations, and scalable solutions.

##

# Tokenomics

The network is designed to comprise 50,000 nodes, each being a vital element in the ecosystem's functionality and security. With a total of 50 billion 3ULL coins on the [PLAYA3ULL GAMES Blockchain](/chain/mainnet).

The network releases 13,698,630 3ULL coins per day, with 50% divided equally among the node owners and the remaining 50% allocated to the company for operations. The company uses its share to fund overall operations, purchase games, and support ongoing game development. As the number of nodes increases, the number of coins that Node Owners receive decreases proportionally.

Additionally, the Master Node Network has a dynamic pricing system for the nodes. The initial 100 nodes are priced at $100 each, and the price increases by $100 for each subsequent set of 100 nodes sold.

Once all coins are distributed, Node Owners receive a small fee for each transaction in exchange for hosting the nodes. This approach ensures that the network continues to be self-sustaining even after the initial coin distribution is complete. The fee's from the blockchain are currently being accumulated, to extend the 3ULL rewards once we have minted all coins.

* 750 3ULL is burnt
* 92,500 3ULL is transferred to the listing owner

\
**First Party NFT Sales:**\
Ifyou mint a brand new Nexus NFT for 10,000 3ULL, the flow of funds is as follows:&#x20;

* 1,000 3ULL is burnt 9,000 3ULL is transferred to the ecosystem treasury (not the same as the company treasury)
  {% endhint %}

### Treasury Manager

[Contract Address](/chain/contract-addresses)

The treasury manager recieves all income from marketplace fees, and first party NFT sales.

10% is burnt on the withdrawal of thse funds.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: The 3ULL NFT, and VI3 are manual withdrawals to the Treasury, as these contract were deployed prior to the treasury manager. All future sales will go through the treasury manager.
{% endhint %}

# Avalanche L1

The Avalanche L1 is a key foundation of the Avalanche network, serving as the underlying blockchain that powers it. The L1 provides a highly scalable and secure infrastructure, enabling a multitude of decentralized applications, including the PLAYA3ULL Games.

As the backbone of the Avalanche network, the L1 ensures robust security and infinite scalability, vital for high-performance applications such as gaming. It can process thousands of transactions per second with near-instant confirmation times, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring rapid and secure transactions.

In the context of the PLAYA3ULL Games, the Avalanche L1 brings advantages like speed, security, and scalability, enabling a seamless and efficient gaming experience on the blockchain. It serves as the primary blockchain layer, upon which the entire PLAYA3ULL ecosystem operates.

## Become an Avalanche Validator

{% hint style="info" %}
We are currently not taking third party Avalanche L1 validators
{% endhint %}

# Incentives

## Incentives

Currently, our incentive model for validators is quite primitive and subject to change and discussion with our validation network.

At present, we are allocating 100,000 *$3ULL* each day, divided by the number of external validators

As at 15/05/2023 there are 5 external validators, which yield a total of 20,000 *3ULL* per node per day.

{% hint style="info" %}
These incentives may change at anytime, in consultation with our validator partners
{% endhint %}

# Manual Config

{% hint style="danger" %}
You do not need to do this if you have used the [Avalanche CLI](broken://pages/20Pr81SVnRJntGLPq8MK)
{% endhint %}

### Build `AvalancheGo` Binary[](https://docs.avax.network/subnets/setup-dfk-node#build-avalanchego-binary) <a href="#build-avalanchego-binary" id="build-avalanchego-binary"></a>

First, you need to download and build AvalancheGo (handles the orchestration of running Custom VMs). You can follow [this comprehensive guide](https://docs.avax.network/nodes/build/run-avalanche-node-manually) to complete this step. For this tutorial, we recommend compiling from source instead of using the `AvalancheGo Installer`.

### Build `subnet-evm` Binary[](https://docs.avax.network/subnets/setup-dfk-node#build-subnet-evm-binary) <a href="#build-subnet-evm-binary" id="build-subnet-evm-binary"></a>

*For the steps below, we will assume that you completed first step successfully and are now in your AvalancheGo directory (within your `$GOPATH`).*

Next, you will clone the Subnet-EVM repository:

```
mkdir -p $GOPATH/src/github.com/ava-labs
cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/ava-labs
git clone git@github.com:ava-labs/subnet-evm.git
cd subnet-evm
```

{% hint style="info" %}
The repository cloning method used is SSH, which requires additional steps. You can find more about SSH and how to use it here. Without a public SSH key, the cloning process will not go through. As an alternative, you can use the HTTPS method:

`git clone https://github.com/ava-labs/subnet-evm.git`
{% endhint %}

Now that you are in the `ava-labs/subnet-evm` repository, you will build the binary and place it directly into the `plugins` directory. To do this, you will pass in the desired path to place the plugin binary. You will want to place this binary into the plugins directory of AvalancheGo.

```bash
./scripts/build.sh ~/.avalanchego/plugins/cN6t22ptqzNhvvB66z25f2eZXK92PR62fxoVYRzDw1hWsMZt2
```

The long string `cN6t22ptqzNhvvB66z25f2eZXK92PR62fxoVYRzDw1hWsMZt2` is the CB58 encoded VMID of PLAYA3ULL Subnet-EVM. AvalancheGo will use the name of this file to determine what VMs are available to run from the `plugins` directory.

### Tracking PLAYA3ULL Subnet and Restarting the Node[](https://docs.avax.network/subnets/setup-dfk-node#tracking-dfk-subnet-and-restarting-the-node) <a href="#tracking-dfk-subnet-and-restarting-the-node" id="tracking-dfk-subnet-and-restarting-the-node"></a>

AvalancheGo will only validate the primary network by default. In order to add the PLAYA3ULL Subnet, you will need to add the PLAYA3ULL Subnet ID to the set of tracked Subnets in the node's config file or pass it through the command-line options of the node. Once the node's config file has been updated, you will need to start the Avalanche node (restart if already running).

Once you start the node, it will begin syncing the Primary Network. Once the node reaches the point in the Platform Chain where the PLAYA3ULL Subnet is created, it will begin syncing the PLAYA3ULL Subnet as well, and will start validating once it has fully bootstrapped.

#### Updating Config File[](https://docs.avax.network/subnets/setup-dfk-node#updating-config-file) <a href="#updating-config-file" id="updating-config-file"></a>

You can skip this section if you want to track Subnets through command-line flags.

You need to create a new config file or edit your existing one for your node. In this tutorial, you will create a config file at: `~/.avalanchego/config.json`. Note: you can create a config file anywhere on your file system, you will just need to specify its location via the flag `--config-file=<file path>` when you start your node. See [this](https://docs.avax.network/nodes/maintain/avalanchego-config-flags#config-file) for more info on configuration file and flags.

You will need to add the PLAYA3ULL Subnet ID to the track Subnets section of the config file:

```
{
    <OTHER-CONFIGURATIONS>
    "track-subnets": "2wLe8Ma7YcUmxMJ57JVWETMSHz1mjXmJc5gmssvKm3Pw8GkcFq"
}
```

Track Subnets is a comma separated list of Subnet IDs, so if you are validating more than one Subnet, you can simply add a comma to the end of the list and append the PLAYA3ULL Subnet ID `2wLe8Ma7YcUmxMJ57JVWETMSHz1mjXmJc5gmssvKm3Pw8GkcFq`.

#### Running the Node[](https://docs.avax.network/subnets/setup-dfk-node#running-the-node) <a href="#running-the-node" id="running-the-node"></a>

First, make sure to shut down your node in case it is still running. Then, you will navigate back into the AvalancheGo directory:

```
cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/ava-labs/avalanchego
```

If you went through the steps to set up a config file, then you can launch your node by specifying the config file on the command line:

```
./build/avalanchego --config-file ~/.avalanchego/config.json
```

If you want to track the Subnets through the command-line flag. You can append the other flags or even the `--config-file` flag as well, according to your need.

```
./build/avalanchego --track-subnets 2wLe8Ma7YcUmxMJ57JVWETMSHz1mjXmJc5gmssvKm3Pw8GkcFq
```

# How to Bridge 3ULL

A step-by-step guide on bridging your tokens from one chain to another.

### Terminology

In regards to the PLAYA3ULL GAMES ecosystem, we use the terms native and foreign chains. The native chain refers to the chain that holds the native token of the ecosystem, so in our case that is the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Chain. Foreign chains therefore refer to chains that are not the native chain, such as Avalanche, Ethereum, Polygon, etc.

<table><thead><tr><th width="140"></th><th>Refers to</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Native</td><td>PLAYA3ULL GAMES Chain</td></tr><tr><td>Foreign</td><td>Avalanche, Ethereum, Polygon, etc</td></tr></tbody></table>

### Environment Links

<table><thead><tr><th width="142.33333333333331">Network</th><th width="389">URL</th><th>Status</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Mainnet</td><td><a href="https://app.playa3ull.games/bridge">https://app.playa3ull.games/bridge</a></td><td><mark style="color:green;">Active</mark></td></tr></tbody></table>

### Bridge from the native chain to a foreign chain

To begin the bridging process, head over to the PLAYA3ULL GAMES dApp by using one of the links provided above. If you are already on the PLAYA3ULL GAMES dApp, you can click [Bridge ](https://app.playa3ull.games/bridge)in the navigation. You will be presented with a screen as follows:

<figure><img src="/files/WPWt6xhUfuGBjEKpOG3o" alt=""><figcaption><p>The PLAYA3ULL Bridge UI</p></figcaption></figure>

Now, connect your wallet to the dApp if you haven't already, and ensure that you are on the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Network, either testnet or the mainnet depending on the environment you wish to bridge on. To quickly switch back to the PLAYA3ULL network, you can click the ![](/files/4sHKbrdWGa62FYh7p5Og)icon in the top-right of the dApp window.

Alternatively, you can select the network you wish to bridge from via the bridge UI. In the image above, the dropdown directly across from the label "From". Here you can select the network to bridge from.

Now that we're connected to the PLAYA3ULL GAMES network, select the chain that you wish to bridge to. This can be done by clicking the dropdown directly across from the "To" label, in the lower section of the bridge.

#### Select and bridge your tokens

Choose which token you wish to bridge from the native chain to a foreign chain by clicking the dropdown below the "From" label. In the image above, we have selected the 3ULL native token.

Once you've chosen the token, enter the number of them that you wish to bridge to the foreign chain in the text field, or, if you wish to bridge all of them, click the "Max" button.

When you're ready, click the "Bridge Tokens" to begin the bridging process.

#### Bridging the tokens

Once you have clicked the "Bridge Tokens" button, you will be presented with the following popup:

<figure><img src="/files/fudjf0rEkE3GsqKCqxP5" alt=""><figcaption><p>Step 1: Confirm Transaction(s)</p></figcaption></figure>

This screen is informing you that a transaction needs to be confirmed in MetaMask to proceed. Once you've confirmed this transaction, we will move to the next step.

<figure><img src="/files/BfTxcMgrg2bC87Td8C2p" alt=""><figcaption><p>Step 2: Wait for tokens to be bridged</p></figcaption></figure>

This next step requires no input from your end, and instead is an automatic process performed by the bridge itself. The UI will update automatically once the tokens have been bridged, and we will move to the third step.

<figure><img src="/files/59LZu7Ag3waDiWtcsd3e" alt=""><figcaption><p>Step 3: Confirmation of bridge</p></figcaption></figure>

The third and final step informs you that the process is complete, and your tokens were successfully bridged to the foreign chain.

#### Tokens bridged

Congratulations! You successfully bridged your tokens from the native chain to a foreign chain.

# Fractional Nodes

Purchasing a Fractional Node may at first appear daunting, however the process to do so is actually quite simple.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important Note**

Fractional Nodes does not offer any of the additional benefits of owning a node in full, this means you will not get access to VI3 automatically, or the associated Discord roles.
{% endhint %}

### Understanding Pools

As Fractional Nodes are a shared asset amongst a group of people, there needs to be a way to track each individual users portion, which is where pools come in. A pool is simply the on-chain representation of you&#x20;

### Step 1: Creating a Pool

*Skip to Step 2 if you just want to purchase a fraction.*

To create a pool, simply head over to the Fractional Nodes landing page, and configure how many participants you wish to include in your pool (this will determine the price of each fraction), and whether you want your pool to only allow whitelisted purchasers to participate (useful if you want to share a node with just your friends/family).

<figure><img src="/files/4h6jhJ97DBgO9bkKHqnZ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Creating a fractional pool</p></figcaption></figure>

Once you're happy with your settings, go ahead and create the pool.

### Step 2: Purchasing a Fraction

Now it's time to purchase a fraction of a pool, for this you can either purchase one from the pool you created in Step 1, or you can purchase a fraction in another pool, the steps will be similar regardless.

To find a pool to purchase a fraction in, click the "Find A Fractional Pool" tab, which will show you all the available pools you can participate in.

<figure><img src="/files/cDLvLa1fUcgp104259Jg" alt=""><figcaption><p>Finding a fractional pool to participate in</p></figcaption></figure>

*(If you wish to purchase a fraction from a pool you created in Step 1, click the "Manage My Pools" tab instead)*

Click the "View" button to open up the pool details window, and here you can see all the current participants, the pool information, and the option to purchase a fraction.

<figure><img src="/files/63P7YJ5DYzIivo30hsao" alt=""><figcaption><p>Pool Details View</p></figcaption></figure>

Once you're ready, click the "Buy Now" button to purchase your fraction, and secure your spot in the pool. Once the pool is filled, the node will be minted, and you and the other participants can start earning rewards.

### Step 3: Claiming Rewards

Now that the pool you are participating in has filled up, the node has been minted to a shared "manager" contract. This will be the contract you interact with in order to claim your rewards. To do this, click the "My Fractional Nodes" tab.

<figure><img src="/files/4ZmeOxhWBt4JFeo94yjq" alt=""><figcaption><p>My Fractional Nodes</p></figcaption></figure>

Now, at any time you see fit, you can click the "Claim" button to claim your rewards.

And that's it! Fractional Nodes allows you to have more options when it comes to node ownership!

# Claiming Fractional Rewards

Claiming your Fractional Node rewards is extremely simple. To do this, head to the "My Fractional Nodes" tab on the Fractional Nodes page, and click the "Claim" button for each of the nodes you own a fraction in.

On this tab, you can also see your current pending node rewards and the total rewards you've claimed from your Fractional Nodes.

<figure><img src="/files/cgbFSbRRsN8wuTW45yca" alt=""><figcaption><p>Claiming your Fractional Node rewards</p></figcaption></figure>

# Important Information

{% hint style="info" %}
This page contains important information pieces that relate to Fractional Node.
{% endhint %}

## Node Software

When it comes time to run the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Master Node Software, the "manager" of the Fractional Node will be required to run the software in order for the node to receive it's rewards. In the event that the manager is no longer capable of operating the node software, the other members of the fractional pool can vote to change the manager.

## Transferring Your Fractions

Transferring of Fractional Node NFTs will become available once all 50,000 Master Nodes have sold out. Once available for transfer, you can do so and in the event that you transfer your NFT, you will lose all access to claiming rewards, voting, and running the node (if you were the manager). These benefits will be passed onto the wallet receiving the NFT.

# 3ULL PFP

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/SxOzr17vYPHujppwj6cJ" alt="" width="300"><figcaption><p>Example 3ULL PFP</p></figcaption></figure></div>

A 3ULL PFP allows you to design and customize a unique profile picture out of a wide variety of traits and attributes.

Each 3ULL PFP is unique, and able to be customized until your hearts content! Once you're happy with your 3ULL PFP, you can mint it and own it, and also receive unique benefits for owning it!

The total possible combinations of traits and attributes that you can choose from when designing your PFP is 2,926,264,320.

The maximum number of 3ULL PFPs that can be minted is 3,333, and will only ever be 3,333. This means once the 3,333rd token is minted, no more can ever be minted again.

### Purchasing a 3ULL PFP

To get your very own 3ULL PFP, head over to <https://app.playa3ull.games/nfts/3ull> to view the NFT designer, where you can select from a variety of traits and attributes to make your PFP truly yours.

Once you're happy with your selections, you can mint the token.

### Ownership Benefits

Owning a 3ULL PFP gives you the opportunity to earn more rewards, just by playing games. See the list below of current ownership benefits that apply to ecosystem rewards:

<table><thead><tr><th width="131">Game</th><th width="191">Effect</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Nexus</td><td>P2E 5% boost</td><td>Earn 5% additional rewards when completing P2E tasks</td></tr><tr><td>Nexus</td><td><em>coming soon</em></td><td><em>coming soon</em></td></tr></tbody></table>

### Transferring Your Token

{% hint style="danger" %}

### Transferring Your Token

You can transfer your NEXUS NFT any time via your wallet provider.

### Trading Your Token

You can buy or sell previous skins via the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Marketplace, found here <https://app.playa3ull.games/marketplace>. Here you can make an offer on other users tokens, or create a listing for your own token, so other users can purchase it from you.

# NEXUS Reward Chests

<figure><img src="/files/n5RYbWGgNI1e4SJ7Yyj3" alt=""><figcaption><p>The Reward Chest</p></figcaption></figure>

Alongside the opportunity to receive 3ULL daily via the NEXUS P2E System, players can also receive Reward Chests.

These chests can randomly drop after finishing a game, and offer players the opportunity to purchase a key to open them. Once purchased, and on opening a chest, a random skin from within will be minted to the player.

The minted skins have random effects applied to them, which can be viewed in-game, by clicking the "Copy Skin Data" button when viewing a skin. You may then paste this code into the game to view the true look of that skin.

### Complete

Success! Your wallet is now connected to your Epic account, and your cards and packs will now appear in-game!

# Verify Compromised Wallet

In some instances, you may be asked to verify your compromised wallet and your new preferred wallet. You will only ever be asked to do this via a ticket in the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Discord server.

To complete the verification process, head over to <https://app.playa3ull.games/auth/verify>, and follow the steps below:

{% hint style="warning" %}
You cannot use the same wallet to sign the messages between steps. All wallets must be unique.
{% endhint %}

1. Copy the message to sign from the ticket in the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Discord server.
2. Paste the message in the text field:&#x20;

   <figure><img src="/files/V3zTIwKHGhuN4D1ZeOeY" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

   <figure><img src="/files/0EMkOegq1B78eOe3uiBB" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
4. You will receive a request in MetaMask to sign a message. This action does not involve the blockchain, so you do not pay gas nor send funds anywhere. Authorise the signature request in MetaMask.
5. Once signed, the "Wallet 1" section will update to show the signer address, and the signature itself:&#x20;

   <figure><img src="/files/gNFZuJaqV3RCQzLClTe4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the "Wallet 2" section.
7. Now that you have both signatures, reply in the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Discord ticket with the signatures by pressing the "Copy Verification Message" as below:&#x20;

   <figure><img src="/files/ksAHGO45pNmA0GvIBnHQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
8. Once you have copied the verification message, paste it in the ticket in the PLAYA3ULL GAMES Discord server as is, do not edit it.

Now that the verification message has been generated and sent to the staff team, a staff member will verify and respond to your case.

# Troubleshooting

Options to try in order to possibly resolve an issue you're experiencing.

### I'm logged into MetaMask and connected to the PLAYA3ULL GAMES network, but my wallet won't connect to the dApp.

This issue often occurs due to a user having selected a wallet in their MetaMask that is not connected to the dApp, but they have another wallet that has previously been connected to the dApp.

To resolve this issue, you need to manually connect your wallet to the dApp, or switch accounts in MetaMask to the account that was previously connected.

#### Manually connect wallet to dApp

1. ![](/files/EYZxHQCwAXD4527HH68t)
2. ![](/files/o7Lbm1wy21SkgzZN6G3x)

Your wallet is now connected to the dApp.

### My transactions are stuck as 'Pending' in MetaMask.

This often occurs due to your MetaMask's internal nonce being out of sync with the current connected blockchain's nonce.

To resolve this issue, try resetting your account in MetaMask by following the below step-by-step guide.

1. Click your account icon in MetaMask. This is located in the top-right of the MetaMask extension window.
2. Click the "Settings" button.\
   ![](/files/fy40rSt3QCQYQRn0wtIO)
3. Click the "Advanced" button.\
   ![](/files/YpiCo4y7K6Tn6FnIEYgB)
4. Scroll down until you see the "Reset account" button, and click it.\
   ![](/files/Da7WPRwzIXSRsGfpNWYB)
5. Confirm the resetting of your account.

Once you've completed the above steps, you should now see an empty transaction list in your MetaMask. This will have also resynced the MetaMask nonce with the blockchain, ensuring that your future requests will be submitted in sync.

# Bug Bounty

Our Bug Bounty Program rewards security researchers for identifying vulnerabilities in our systems. By using the CVSS framework, we classify vulnerabilities based on their severity and offer tiered rewards accordingly.

We use the [**CVSS**](https://www.first.org/cvss/calculator/4.0) scoring system to determine the severity of reported vulnerabilities. The reward tiers align with the CVSS score ranges as follows:

* **Critical (9.0–10.0)**: Severe vulnerabilities with high impact and ease of exploitation
* **High (7.0–8.9)**: Vulnerabilities with significant impact but more challenging exploitation
* **Medium (4.0–6.9)**: Moderate impact vulnerabilities with limited exploitation potential
* **Low (0.1–3.9)**: Low-risk vulnerabilities with minimal impact or likelihood of exploitation
* **Informational (0.0)**: Issues that do not pose a security risk but provide useful feedback

{% hint style="danger" %}
If your actions result in an outage or other real-world impact, you will forfeit all rewards.
{% endhint %}

## Out-of-Scope Vulnerabilities

We aim to focus on impactful vulnerabilities and exclude low-value, low-risk issues that do not affect game security or user experience. Out-of-scope vulnerabilities include:

#### **Low-Impact Findings**

* SPF, DMARC, or other email misconfigurations.
* Common scanner findings without real-world impact (e.g., banner disclosures, outdated libraries without PoC exploitation).
* Security headers (e.g., lack of `X-Frame-Options`).

#### **Game Mechanics**

* Bugs that affect gameplay but do not result in security, financial, or integrity risks.

#### **Other Exclusions**

* Social engineering attacks (e.g., phishing or pretexting).
* Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or rate-limiting issues.
* Vulnerabilities dependent on physical access.
* Theoretical vulnerabilities without a demonstrable exploit.

## Reporting Guidelines

We encourage detailed and well-documented submissions for efficient processing. Reports must include:

1. **Description**: A detailed explanation of the vulnerability and its impact
2. **CVSS Metrics**: Provide a calculated [CVSS score](https://www.first.org/cvss/calculator/4.0) (we will verify)
3. **Proof-of-Concept (PoC)**: Include reproduction steps or a working exploit

**Important**: Avoid testing in a way that could disrupt active games or cause outages. Reports causing outages with real-world impact will result in **forfeiture of rewards**.

{% hint style="success" %}
Submit findings to **<security@playa3ull.games>**
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
All other forms of submission will not be accepted
{% endhint %}

## Reward Structure

We strive to balance meaningful rewards for researchers with cost-effectiveness. Rewards are allocated as follows:

| Severity          | CVSS Range | Reward       |
| ----------------- | ---------- | ------------ |
| **Critical**      | 9.0–10.0   | Up to $5,000 |
| **High**          | 7.0–8.9    | Up to $1,000 |
| **Medium**        | 4.0–6.9    | Up to $500   |
| **Low 1**         | 4.0-5.4    | $250         |
| **Low 2**         | 2.5-3.9    | $100         |
| **Low 3**         | 0.1-2.4    | $50          |
| **Informational** | 0.1        |              |

### Reward Notes:

1. Final rewards are determined based on CVSS score, impact, and exploitability.
2. Critical vulnerabilities may receive additional rewards based on business impact.

## Terms

1. Rewards are discretionary and subject to compliance and legal review.
2. Only the first validated report for a vulnerability is eligible for a reward.
3. If your actions cause an outage or service disruption, you will forfeit your reward.
4. Vulnerability reports must not include attempts to exploit users or assets.
5. You must act in good faith, and in a professional like manner, and allow the team to process the request.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**No Blackmail or Negotiation**: Attempting to blackmail, extort, or negotiate rewards outside the bounds of this policy will result in immediate disqualification from the program, potential legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities. Submissions are reviewed and rewarded solely at our discretion, based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
&#x20;By participating, you agree to these terms.
{% endhint %}
